The second in the series of Transsexual Heartbreakers also came in 2000 and had Gia in a girl/girl scene with one of the infamous trans twins in Los Angeles, and one of the most popular TS models of the 1990s, Gina. The difference was that she was now post-op having had her surgery the year before This may have been one of the first, if not the first scenes of a pre-op girl performing with a post-op, and it's hard to believe they didn't make more of that on the cover (or even name the girls).

Alyssa (or sometimes Alisa) is the girl in blue on the cover, and a well known performer in Los Angeles who'd appeared on BobsTgirls and more. Fabiola was the model next to Gina and another performer from the LA circuit who done a fair amount of DVD and website work - and the girl next to her, I can't recall her name but was another LA model.
