Vol 4 of Gia Darling's Transsexual Heartbreakers changed Gia's lookup a bit with a new wig (of which I'm not a fan and of course a hardcore scene of her. Giselle who'd appeared only a few months earlier in Heartbreakers Vol 3, is strangely renamed here to Alexis.

Nigela was the first black performer to be in these titles and a hot girl who didn't do a lot of work. This release also featured the first Brazilian model Kristen La Prada who is strangely missing from the back cover.

Overall this is a bit of a mish-mash of a release, and showed the direction this series was starting to take.
