This was the last of the all-American models releases in the Transsexual Heartbreakers series, and again see's Gia Darling has the main focus and branding (this time with a long brown wig) and to change it up she's performing in a scene with a cis-girl. Vo D'Balm makes an appearance in one of her trademark hardcore scenes and Brenda was a Los Angeles Mexican girl who was appearing on sites and videos around this time. Lissa had made some appearances, but wasn't someone who did a lot of work, and dropped off the radar shortly after this.
